Coe Press Equipment ships coil feeding line to Alliance Laundry Systems

Sterling Heights, Mich.-based Coe Press Equipment has installed a coil processing line at Alliance Laundry Systems, Ripon, Wis., a manufacturer of commercial laundry equipment. The line comprises a servo feed, dual threading table, power straightener, and coil reel with full line automation controls.

The 42-in. line is designed to process 60,000-PSI stainless steel coil from 0.028 to 0.850 in. thick depending on the width. It features a 42-in. ServoMaster Series 4 roll feed capable of 396 FPM, a 42-in. by 10-ft. dual threading table, a 3.5-in. by 42-in. power straightener, and a 30,000-lb.-capacity coil reel.
