Elkay's Ogden operation to relocate, expand

Elkay has announced the relocation and expansion of its sink-manufacturing operations in Ogden, Utah, nearly tripling the size of the company's existing facility. The new Elkay facility will be located at Business Depot Ogden, a 1,200-acre business and industrial park located about 40 miles north of Salt Lake City. The existing Elkay facility, located at 160 West 28th St., will be closed once the manufacturing transition can be completed, expected in late 2005.

The Oak Brook, Ill.-based company that manufactures stainless steel sinks, water coolers, drinking fountains, and faucets for residential and commercial use, has been operating in Ogden for 33 years.
