Harsco GasServ appoints western region sales manager

Harsco GasServ has named Martin Mahaley as western region sales manager. Mahaley is responsible for selling Taylor-Wharton high-pressure and acetylene cylinders, cryogenic storage and dispensing cylinders, and packaged shielding gas systems. He also represents Sherwood’s precision valve products and Harsco GasServ’s alternate fuel technologies.

Based in Sacramento, Calif., Mahaley covers 11 Western states. He has more than 20 years’ experience in industrial marketing, structured and asset-based lending, and fleet management, primarily in the transportation industry. He is a graduate of the University of Akron and is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers.

Before joining the company, Mahaley was a project developer for natural gas vehicle fueling infrastructures and liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage and production technology. His experience also includes compressed natural gas vehicle fleet business development.
