Olympic Steel elects board director
Olympic Steel Inc. has elected Ralph M. Della Ratta Jr. to its board of directors. Della Ratta was elected to the board at the company's 2004 annual shareholders meeting in April.
Della Ratta is the senior managing director for Max-Ventures LLC, a venture capital firm. From 1998 to 2003 he was senior managing director and manager of the Investment Banking Division of McDonald Investments Inc. and a director of Hyland Software Inc.
