Steel Technologies names vice president — human resources
Steel Technologies Inc., Louisville, Ky., has hired Patrick M. Flanagan as vice president — human resources.
Flanagan has more than 20 years' human resources experience, including serving as president of a consulting firm, Labor Relations Council, and as a partner in the law firm of Savoy, Bilancini, and Flanagan.
