Top management completes Airtronics Metal Products acquisition

Airtronics Metal Products Inc. has announced that its upper management has completed their buyout of the company without the need to bring in outside investors. Jeff Burke, Jim Ellis, Diane Neff, and Fermin Rodriguez are the new owners taking over from John Richardson, who purchased the business 23 years ago.

Burke, who has been with the company for 10 years, has assumed the reigns of president and CEO, while continuing as the director of sales and marketing. With 21 years of service, Ellis continues in his position as VP, director of engineering. Neff continues as director of finance and administration, and Rodriquez, who has been with the company since 1975, remains VP, director of manufacturing.
