ESAB names senior executive for Florence operations

ESAB Welding and Cutting Products North America has announced the promotion of Jeff Hoffart to senior vice president and general manager for the company's Florence, S.C., operations. In his new position, Hoffart is responsible for the operation's equipment, cutting, and steel industry product businesses and profit and loss accountability.

Hoffart has been with the company for 21 years, most recently as senior vice president of strategic marketing and R&D North America. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in welding engineering technology from LeTourneau University and has worked in each of the company's five product divisions.
