Steelmax Tools, Fab Tool Technologies merge
Steelmax Tools LLC, Centennial, Colo., has acquired Fab Tool Technologies LLC, Bridgeville, Pa., and merged it into Steelmax. All employees of Fab Tool Technologies have joined the Steelmax team.
The combined company, which operates as Steelmax Tools LLC, produces and distributes fabrication tools and equipment. The combination enables both companies to expand their product offerings and distribution capabilities.
The combined company is led by Kevin B. Allen, president and CEO; Peter N. Smith, senior vice president and COO; and Edward Celesti, senior vice president – global business development. Michael Meyer, vice president, continues to lead Steelmax Tools' sales organization.
