Valley Craft acquired by Minnesota businessman

Valley Craft Industries Inc., Lake City, Minn., a company newly formed by Minnesota businessman Dennis Campbell, has acquired substantially all of the assets of Valley Craft Inc., a former division of Liberty Diversified Intl. (LDI).
Valley Craft, a metal fabrication company, produces a portfolio of custom and proprietary material handling and storage products used in industrial and commercial applications. Valley Craft also supplies OEMs with fabricated metal components and subassemblies.
All presently active employees of LDI's Valley Craft Division have been offered employment with the new company.
