Penn Stainless Products installs Koike Aronson plasma cutting system

Penn Stainless Products, Quakertown, Pa., a supplier and processor of stainless steel sheet, plate, bar, structural, pipe, and tubular products, has installed two new Koike Aronson Versagraph Millennium model 3100 plasma cutting systems.
They feature Hypertherm HPR800XD HyPerformance® plasma technology for cutting stainless steel plate up to 6.25 in. thick. The two machines operate on one shared rail system for a cutting envelope of 10 ft. wide by 65 ft. long. The plasma cutting systems deliver a bevel angle on the cut edge of 1 to 3 degrees.
