Osborn Intl. names president

Osborn Intl. North America, Cleveland, has named Richard M. Halen Jr. as president.
Halen has a background in manufacturing, engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and strategic planning. He was vice president, general manager of American Nickeloid, a coil coating, plating, and laminating firm in Peru, Ill. He also was president of W.M. Berg and vice president of engineering and manufacturing at Coupling Systems Inc.
Osborn Intl., a unit of Jason Inc., manufactures industrial brushes.
