MetoKote opens eighth facility in Mexico

MetoKote Corp., Lima, Ohio, has opened a new facility in San Luis Potos, SLP, Mexico. This is the eighth facility in Mexico for the company, which has a total of 38 facilities across North America, South America, and Europe
.The new plant currently operates one high-production electrocoat monorail line with a part envelope of 36 in. by 48 in. by 72 in. The line is designed to coat small to medium-sized parts with a turnaround time of 24 hours or less. The facility also offers light assembly, special packaging for automotive spare parts, labeling, and inventory tracking of customer parts. At full capacity, the company will employ about 50 people.
