Dörken names global fastener technical specialist

Dörken Corp. USA, the Grass Lake, Mich.-based North American unit of Dörken MKS-Systeme GmbH, Herdecke, Germany, has appointed Ron Strong to the position of global fastener technical specialist. He is responsible for providing service and support to automotive industry OEMs, suppliers, coating applicators, and various standards organizations.
Strong has more than 31 years of engineering experience with GM. In addition to his fastener technical expertise, he was involved with fastener finish development and was responsible for fastener engineering standards.
Dorken manufactures multifunctional, microlayer corrosion protection systems.
