DGI Supply to acquire Tool & Abrasive Supply

DGI Supply, a DoALL Company in Wheeling, Ill., has announced plans to acquire Tool & Abrasive Supply Inc., Los Angeles. The transaction is expected to close Oct. 1. Ken Saunders, current Tool & Abrasive president, will continue to manage the company after the acquisition.
Tool & Abrasive Supply Inc. is an industrial distributor specializing in carbide and high-speed steel cutting tools, abrasives, CNC tooling and workholding systems, cutting fluids, and MROP products. DGI Supply is an industrial distribution company representing more than 1,500 brand names.
