Daubert VCI, Cromwell-Phoenix Inc. complete merger, promote managers

Daubert VCI Inc. and Cromwell-Phoenix Inc., manufacturers of corrosion inhibitor packaging, have completed their merger to form Daubert Cromwell. With the completion of the merger, the company has appointed Roy Galman as its vice president of operations and Martin Simpson as its vice president of sales and marketing.

Galman is responsible for all technical and manufacturing operations at the company's headquarters. He has been general manager at Cromwell-Phoenix for the last 15 years and has spent his entire career with the company and its predecessor, Cromwell Paper Co.

Simpson is responsible for the company's global sales, service, and marketing efforts. He was the international sales manager for Daubert VCI since 1998. He earned degrees from the University of Dayton and Keller Graduate School.
