Guyson Corp. acquires Automated Blasting Systems

The Guyson Corp., Saratoga Springs, N.Y., has announced the acquisition of all assets of Automated Blasting Systems Inc., a supplier of wet blast machines in South Windsor, Conn.

To help provide uninterrupted service to the customers of ABS, Guyson has employed Richard Gillott, ABS's former vice president and general manager. All of ABS's WIP machines, spare parts inventories, laboratory testing equipment, design engineering assets, intellectual property, and customer files are being relocated to Guyson’s 80,000-sq.-ft. plant.
