North American Galvanizing & Coatings to purchase Gregory Galvanizing

North American Galvanizing & Coatings Inc. has reached a tentative agreement with Gregory Industries Inc. to purchase Gregory's hot-dip galvanizing assets located in Canton, Ohio.

The acquisition expands North American Galvanizing Co.'s service area into the northeast U.S. and increases the total number of galvanizing plants owned and operated to 11.

The Canton, Ohio, multikettle facility provides both after-fabrication hot-dip galvanizing and spinning capabilities to the east north central states region.
