Osborn appoints product manager, abrasives

Richmond, Ind.-based Osborn, a supplier of industrial brushes, polishing compounds, and buffs, has appointed Ty Weber as product manager for its abrasives division.

Weber has more than 12 years of industry experience. He previously worked as a territory sales manager for Osborn. Before joining the company, he worked as a director of sales for Allied Industrial Supply and a sales manager for Fastenal.

Weber is a combat veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served for eight years, earning the rankings of sergeant and squad leader for an infantry platoon.
