Paulo Products Co. announces staff changes

Paulo Products Co. has appointed Curt Heineck as business development manager and Charlie Bernhard as production manager at its Kansas City heat-treating facility.

Heineck previously served as production manager. In his new role, he leads the plant’s sales effort with a focus on developing new business and establishing stronger relationships with existing customers.

Bernhard is transitioning from his previous position of quality manager. As production manager, he is responsible for production operations and continues to perform his responsibilities as quality manager until another can be added.

The plant offers production batch, continuous-belt, and vacuum heat treating, as well as processing to Nadcap requirements. The facility also provides induction hardening, cryogenics, blasting, and black oxide services.
