Spray finishing training schedule announced

Finishing Brands: Binks, DeVilbiss, Ransburg, BGK and Owens Community College have teamed up to present two spray finishing technology workshops. These three-day intensive training programs are scheduled for Sept. 14-16 and Nov. 2-4, 2016, in Toledo, Ohio. Classes meet from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily and include both classroom and hands-on sessions.

Upon completing the class, attendees will receive two Continuing Education Units. Attendees should be involved with industrial, contractor, or maintenance spray finishing applications or spray equipment sales and distribution.

The workshop’s topics include equipment types and selection; equipment setup, operation, and maintenance; surface preparation and defect analysis; material selection; and safety and regulatory concerns.
