TST marks 1 million hours of incident-free production

Thermal Spray Technologies (TST), Sun Prairie, Wis., recently held a celebration at its facility to mark its attainment of 1 million hours with no lost time. The company's 55 employees have achieved seven years of incident-free production.

According to the company, employees participate in annual training sessions and are encouraged to speak up about safety concerns. Its safety precautions and protocols exceed OSHA requirements.

TST, an operating division of the Fisher Barton Group, develops thermal coating systems for a variety of industries.
