Swagelok acquires Innovative Pressure Technologies

Swagelok Co., Solon, Ohio, has acquired the assets of Innovative Pressure Technologies (IPT), Erie, Pa. IPT is a manufacturer of high- and medium-pressure and subsea valves, fittings, and fluid control devices used mostly in oil and gas, chemical/petrochemical, waterjet cutting, automotive, and water blasting applications.
Swagelok is a provider of fluid systems, including products, assemblies, and services for the research, instrumentation, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, power, petrochemical, alternative fuels, and semiconductor industries.
