Fronius USA LLC, a manufacturer of arc welding equipment in Portage, Ind., has announced the appointment of two area sales managers for California.

Tim Rowntree has been named as the area sales manager for the Southern California region. He has worked previously for Airco Welding Supplies and Renox Welding Supplies, owned a large metal fabrication company in California, and served as regional manufacturer’s rep for Abicor Binzel USA.

Brandon Beattie has been hired as area sales manager for Northern California. He studied welding technology at American River College and worked in the transportation industry for several years as a welder, manufacturing light rail and locomotive passenger trains. He received advanced training in Graz, Austria, as a welding specialist and currently is a CWI and CWE.
