Genesis Systems opens facility in Iowa

Genesis Systems Group, a manufacturer of welding, cutting, and assembly robots, has opened a second plant in Davenport, Iowa, adding 61,000 sq. ft. of factory and office space. The $4.6 million expansion also includes laser cutting and fabrication equipment.

The new plant handles standard production and subassembly work, as well as tooling.
