Handtmann A-Punkt Automation marks 25 years in business
Handtmann A‐Punkt Automation GmbH, a manufacturer of 5-axis machining centers in Baienfurt, Germany, celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2014.
The firm was established as A-Punkt Automation GmbH in 1989. Its name changed after being taken over by Handtmann Co. Group. The takeover also changed the company’s corporate purpose from the construction of gantry robots to the development and construction of 5-axis machining centers.
