Schuler acquires ATIS GmbH

Schuler AG, based in Göppingen, Germany, has acquired ATIS GmbH, Deggenhausertal, Germany, an engineering firm specializing in turnkey systems for large-pipe production. ATIS will provide Schuler with experience and knowledge in the planning, development, delivery, and modernization of complete pipe equipment and systems.
Schuler is a supplier of machines, production lines, dies, and services for the metalworking industry.
