Hynes Industries names four vice presidents

Hynes Industries, a North American supplier and processor of steel and nonferrous metals in Youngstown, Ohio, has announced four new leadership position changes.

Patrick A. Montana has been named vice president – operations and is responsible for the manufacturing functions of the company as a whole. Previously he served as the general manager of the Hynes Steel Products Division. Montana has been with the company for 27 years.

Michael G. Giambattista has been named vice president – marketing and sales, with overall responsibility for the company's marketing and sales programs and staff. A 25-year employee, Giambattista previously worked as general manager of the Roll Formed Products Division.

Richard S. Evans, former director of purchasing, has been appointed as vice president – materials, which he manages across all product lines. Evans joined the company 25 years ago.

James R. Blair Jr. has been promoted to vice president – finance and corporate treasurer. Having joined the company four years ago, Blair previously served as corporate controller. In his new position, he is responsible for all finances, IT, and human resources.
