Jet Edge appoints sales manager

Jet Edge Inc., St. Michael, Minn., has appointed Dirk Barrett as north central regional sales manager.

Barrett is responsible for sales of the company's systems in Minnesota, western Iowa, northern Wisconsin, Michigan's Upper Peninsula, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, and Manitoba.

Barrett has held sales and marketing positions at Mohawk Industries, Royal Scot Distributing, Cottage Industries, and Carpet City. A University of Minnesota graduate, he has almost 20 years of experience in sales and marketing in the floor coverings industry.

Barrett is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the Builders Association of the Twin Cities, and the Minnesota chapters of ASID and BNI.

Jet Edge manufactures ultrahigh-pressure waterjet and abrasivejet systems.
