Lapham-Hickey Steel Corp., a family-owned and -operated service center in Chicago, has purchased the assets of Industrial Spring Steel, Philadelphia, a supplier of high-carbon tempered and annealed spring steel throughout the East Coast.
Brian Hickey assumes the responsibilities of general manager for Industrial Spring Steel.
