Prima North America expands facility

Prima North America Inc. recently completed a 20,000-sq.-ft.-expansion at its Manufacturing and Technology Center in Chicopee, Mass. This location also is the site of the company's headquarters.

The facility is located in the new Chicopee River Technology Park. The expansion brings Prima North America's total space at the facility to approximately 88,000 sq. ft. The newly created space will support increased manufacturing of the company's Convergent Lasers industrial CO₂and Nd:YAG lasers as well as expanded service and capacity for demonstrations and commissioning of laser sheet metal fabrication machinery. The company's headquarters features a spacious demonstration showroom and training area.
