Rofin-Sinar opens new subsidiary in India

Rofin-Sinar Technologies Inc., Plymouth, Mich., a developer and manufacturer of laser beam sources and laser-based systems, has incorporated a subsidiary in India to meet the demands of the growing Indian markets. The new firm, Rofin Baasel Laser India Pvt. Ltd., is located in Mumbai.
The company also has locations in Germany, the U.K., Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Singapore, and China.
