LVD Strippit appoints sales engineer

LVD Strippit, Akron, N.Y., has named Dean Arneson to the position of sales engineer. Based in Andover, Minn., he is responsible for the sale of the company's sheet metal and plate working machines and software in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and northern Iowa.
Arneson worked previously as a manufacturing engineer and in numerous sales positions. He also owned a machinery distribution company that represented major metal fabrication equipment manufacturers. He holds a bachelor's degree from St. Cloud University.
