Bystronic appoints customer service manager

Bystronic Inc. has appointed Peter K. Kyc as technical support manager for North America. He is responsible for all customer service activities related to laser, waterjet, bending, and automation product lines.

Kyc's previous positions include center manager at UPS and customer support manager at a leading manufacturer of power meters in the utilities and industry sectors.
