Inland Tool adds fiber laser cutting system to Illinois facility

Inland Tool Co. (ITC) has purchased a new, 4-kW Mazak Optiplex Nexus 3015 fiber laser cutting system for its Mount Pulaski, Ill., contract manufacturing facility. The machine is equipped with intelligent setup features, intelligent monitoring features, and a Radan CAD/CAM software package that marries ITC’s internal 3-D modeling capabilities with its laser cutting and CNC press brake operations.

ITC is a Tier 1 and Tier 2 contract manufacturing firm that produces component parts and assemblies for the automotive industry and the electrical distribution and control industry.
