JK Lasers announces new leadership

JK Lasers, a subsidiary of GSI Group and a supplier of fiber and Nd:YAG laser systems, has announced the appointment of Dr. Mark Greenwood as general manager.

Based at the company's Rugby, England, headquarters, Greenwood is responsible for all worldwide operations, including manufacturing facilities in the U.K. and Suzhou, China, as well as the worldwide sales and service organization. He joined the company in 2003 as technical director.
