TRUMPF Canada names managing director

TRUMPF Inc., Farmington, Conn., has appointed James Rogowski as managing director of TRUMPF Canada.
The company recently acquired the remaining shares of Advanced Fabricating Machinery, which serves the Canadian market as a sales and spare parts facility for TRUMPF products. Rogowski is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and all of the company's sales and service activity in Canada.
Rogowski, who served most recently as product manager of 2-D laser machines and automation, began his career with the company in 1998 as an applications engineer in the punch product sales department.
