Novi, Mich.-based Laser Mechanisms Inc. had announced its acquisition of Visotek, a provider of Smart Laser Tools™ in Livonia, Mich. Visotek continues to operate as an independent entity in support of their existing customer base.
Laser Mechanisms designs and manufactures laser beam delivery components and articulated arm systems for high-power CO2, YAG, and fiber lasers.
