Lincoln Electric named official welder of Jay Leno's Big Dog Garage

Jay Leno's Big Dog Garage in southern California recently named Lincoln Electric, Cleveland, as its official welding company. The company designs and manufactures arc welding products, robotic arc welding systems, and plasma and oxyfuel cutting equipment, as its official welding company.

Leno employs a team of mechanics, led by Bernard Juchli, to fix, restore, and customize vehicles. For projects around the 100,000-sq.-ft. garage's machine shop, the team uses Lincoln's welding and cutting equipment, technical training, and welding application support.

Leno's collection spans 100 years of automotive history, with the oldest cars a 1906 Stanley Steamer and a 1909 Baker electric car, and the newest a 2006 Corvette.
