RTI Intl. Metals to acquire Remmele Eng.

RTI Intl. Metals Inc., Pittsburgh, a global supplier of advanced titanium mill products and fabricated components, has agreed to acquire Remmele Eng. Inc., New Brighton, Minn., a provider of precision machining and collaborative engineering for the aerospace, defense, and medical device sectors.

Remmele's key senior leadership will remain with the company.
