Alro Industrial Supply acquires Triad Industrial Sales assets

Alro Industrial Supply, Jackson, Mich., has announced its acquisition of certain assets of cutting tool distributor Triad Industrial Sales, Kernersville, N.C.

Alro Industrial Supply is a provider of cutting tools, abrasives, coolant, welding supplies, and MRO products. The company is part of Alro Steel, a distributor of metals, industrial supplies, and plastics.
