D&S Mfg. adds four new CNC machining centers

D&S Mfg., Black River Falls, Wis., has acquired four new machining centers to increase machining capacity and allow for the retirement of its used equipment.

The additions are a Toyoda FH630SX horizontal machining center, paired with an ABB 6-axis robot and equipped with a pallet changer; two Haas VF-5/50 VMCs; an HRT-310 fourth-axis positioner; and a Midaco 50SD series automatic pallet changer with a load capacity of 4,000 lbs., matched to one of the VF5s.
