Industrial Group Holdings acquires MultiSource Mfg.

Rye, N.Y.-based Industrial Group Holdings LLC (IGH), a portfolio company of Dunes Point Capital LLC, has acquired MultiSource Mfg. LLC, a Minnetonka, Minn.-based supply chain partner and end-to-end provider of precision machining and assembly systems to OEMs in the medical, aerospace, food, and industrial end markets.

MultiSource has eight manufacturing facilities in Minnesota and Colorado and employs about 330 people. IGH is a holding company that oversees and manages nine industrial companies.
