Methods Machine Tools announces staff award, appointment
Brittany Speroni
Methods Machine Tools Inc., a supplier of precision machine tools, automation, and accessories based in Sudbury, Mass., has announced that Brittany Speroni, mechanical engineer, has been named as a 2015 recipient of Manufacturing Engineering magazine's 30 Under 30 awards for her talent and leadership in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
Speroni, a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, joined the company in 2012. She works in the automation department designing robot end-of-arm tools, as well as quoting and managing projects.
The company also has announced the appointment of Peter S. Jung to the position of marketing manager. Before joining Methods, Jung spent four years as deputy general manager of sales and marketing at Doosan Infracore America.
Before that Jung held positions of progressive responsibility in web development, IT, digital marketing, and planning at various companies. He also speaks Spanish and Korean.
