Whitney Tool celebrates 40 years in manufacturing
In September Whitney Tool Co., located in Bedford, Ind., marks its 40th anniversary as a manufacturer of industrial cutting tools. The public and the company's customers, suppliers, and sales force are invited to tour the plant and view demonstrations of the manufacturing process during an open house at the plant on Sept. 16.
Whitney Tool has operated as a family-owned business since it was founded in September 1970 by Wilfred "Whitey" Rytkonen.
