Bunting Magnetics Co. acquires MAGL

Bunting Magnetics Co., Newton, Kan., has acquired Magnet Applications Group Ltd. (MAGL), which has manufacturing operations in Berkhamsted, England, and Dubois, Pa.
Bunting manufactures magnetic separation equipment, as well as magnetic and nonmagnetic conveyors for use in the manufacturing and recycling industries. At its Newton facility, the company also manufactures magnetic die cutting and printing cylinders for use in flexographic printing presses.
MAGL produces and distributes a variety of technical bonded magnets, precision magnetic assemblies, and complementary magnet products.
