MPI names director of operations

Magnetic Products Inc. (MPI), a worldwide provider of magnetic and nonmagnetic material handling systems, has hired John Nathan as director of operations. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience with several manufacturers.
In this position, Nathan is responsible for all aspects of facility operation, customer service, research and development, and continuous improvement of manufacturing and purchasing processes.
He served most recently as director of engineering and technical sales at Lear Corp., where he was responsible for product development, new business and sales, quality initiatives, and proposal creation.
