Bunting Magnetics adds to manufacturing team

Bunting® Magnetics Co., Newton, Kan., has announced the addition of three new design engineers within its technical services department.

Matthew Mason, Cory Dreiling, and Brandon Bousquet, all recent graduates of Wichita State University (WSU), will initially concentrate on the material handling product line. All three received their bachelor's degrees in mechanical engineering in May 2011.

Mason, who minored in mathematics, worked at the National Institute for Aviation Research in Wichita, Kan., as a technician. Dreiling has a strong background in programming and 3-D modeling, having previously worked as a draftsman at Kelly Mfg. Co. in Wichita. Bousquet worked on several major design projects at the university, creating a new cabin entry system for small aircraft and a log-splitting machine for the timber industry.

Bunting Magnetics Co. is a U.S.-based manufacturer of magnetic assemblies and equipment. The company's product line includes magnetic materials and components, magnetic separation systems, material handling equipment, magnetic printing cylinders, flexible dies, and metal detection equipment.
