Eriez announces two staff promotions

Eriez, a provider of equipment for magnetic lift and separation, metal detection, materials feeding, screening, conveying, and controlling, has announced the promotions of two staff members at its Erie, Pa., location.

John Klinge has been promoted to market manager-sanitary. He is responsible for developing and implementing selling strategies to expand product sales into the pharmaceutical, chemical, plastics, food, and packaging markets. Before joining the company, he served as a Captain in the U.S. Army, He has a bachelor’s degree in political science and business, and military science from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.

Ray Spurgeon has assumed the role of product manager-metal detection. He oversees and handles metal detection inquiries, OEM and major account growth, orders, product development and improvements, marketing, training, and sales forecasts. He served most recently as accounts manager-inspection systems.
