Eriez Wager Road plant achieves more than 1,000 days without a lost-time accident

Employees at Eriez®’s Wager Road facility, located in Erie, Pa., have worked more than 1,000 days, since the plant opening in February 2012, without a lost-time accident.

“We integrate safety into every aspect of our day-to-day operations,” said Tina Swanson, HR manager - safety and risk management. “We work to keep employees engaged with ongoing safety updates and continually stress the importance of personal accountability.”

The company’s headquarters plant’s current record for days worked without a lost-time accident is 1,309. “The Wager Road employees are dedicated to trying to surpass this record,” said Swanson.
