Intelligrated appoints senior sales engineer for southern region

Intelligrated®, an Atlanta-based automated material handling system provider, has appointed Parks Stewart as senior sales engineer for its southern regional sales and operations, based in Alpharetta, Ga.

In this role, Stewart manages existing accounts, looking for ways to improve efficiency while identifying new business opportunities in the region, which includes Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. He is the primary point-of-contact for customers’ initial system concept and design and serves as liaison between client staff and Intelligrated’s life cycle support services.

Stewart has 10 years of sales experience developing automated material handling systems. He worked previously as general manager for CAMotion Inc., a provider of motion control and automation equipment based in Georgia. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech.
